• We accept secure online payments through authorized Indian payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, Paytm, PhonePe, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Payments are processed using encrypted and secure payment gateway services. ZS COLLECTION does not store your card or banking details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India using trusted courier and logistics partners.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• ZS COLLECTION is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7–10 business days after product inspection and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Discounts & Offers

• Promotional discounts, coupons, or offers are valid only during the specified period.
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Example: ₹40 off when you buy 3 or more pieces together (subject to change).
