Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – ZS COLLECTION

At ZS COLLECTION, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality jewellery with complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at saleszahira@gmail.com.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

2. Process for Returns & Exchanges

  • To request a return or exchange, please email us with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products that cannot be replaced.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Earrings (unless defective, due to hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or special-order jewellery.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.
