1. Shipping Locations
- We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to track your order.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote locations may take longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional campaigns.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your order online using the tracking link provided.
6. Delays & Responsibilities
- ZS COLLECTION is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
