  • We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to track your order.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote locations may take longer.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

6. Delays & Responsibilities

  • ZS COLLECTION is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
